CONCENTRATED LIQUEURS
They are made from medicinal plants that grow wild in un-polluted areas and picked when at their balsamic peak. These are left to soak in 40 proof alcohol and regularly stirred for at least 20 days. Once this soaking process is completed, the resulting liquid is slowly percolated and left untouched for a month to season. Finally, it is filtered through cloth and the "ALCOLIDRATO" is ready.
